What temperature can the warehouse achieve?+

The achievable range depends on product requirements, building envelope, heat loads, door activity, system capacity and operating practices. It is confirmed through engineering assessment.

Is insulation always required?+

Not always, but inadequate roof, wall, door or joint performance can cause high energy use and unstable conditions. The envelope should be assessed with the ACMV design.

Can the warehouse remain operational during conversion?+

Many projects can be phased or zoned, but the method depends on access, safety, dust control, temporary services and the client’s operational constraints.

Does ISS handle electrical and fire-safety coordination?+

ISS coordinates the multidisciplinary scope and works with the appointed LEW, QP, RI and specialist contractors where their statutory roles are required.
