2. Our services
ISS provides engineering, facility-management, workplace-safety, project, maintenance, access-equipment rental and related digital or automation services. The exact scope, deliverables, programme, pricing, exclusions and project-specific terms will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, purchase order, service agreement or written confirmation.
3. Quotations and project instructions
- Quotations are valid only for the stated period and are subject to site conditions, information provided and agreed assumptions.
- Work will begin only after the necessary acceptance, instructions, access, permits, approvals and safety arrangements are in place.
- Variations, additional works, delays, standby time or changes in site conditions may require a revised quotation, programme or written instruction.
- Where specialist approvals are required, including those of a licensed electrical worker, relevant authority or client representative, ISS’s proposal remains subject to such approval.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, timely access to site and utilities, a safe work environment, authorised instructions and all approvals required for the work. Clients remain responsible for their premises, operations and statutory duties unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, taxes, payment milestones and credit terms are set out in the applicable quotation or agreement. Payments are due in accordance with those terms. ISS may suspend or reschedule services where overdue amounts, access restrictions, safety concerns or missing approvals materially affect delivery.
6. Safety and site requirements
All work is subject to applicable safety requirements, site rules, risk controls and stop-work authority. ISS may stop or defer work where conditions are unsafe or where required controls, permits or competent supervision are unavailable.
